our current manufacturing schedule.
Can Horizon Printed Circuits provide printed circuit board fab service?

of printed circuit boards.
Can Horizon Printed Circuit design my printed circuit board?
Horizon Printed Circuits does design printed circuit boards for many of our customers.
We have the expertise needed to design quality circuit boards of most any complexity.
We are experts at high density designs. We also have considerable experience with
high speed designs and projects that have an RF component to them such as Bluetooth,
Zigbee, and WiFi. Our website has not been designed to promote this service so please
contact us directly at
info@horizonpcb.com or by phone at 631-258-3064.
What methods of payment can I use?
We accept most major credit cards. We use PayPal to process credit cards because
it is a standard for online payment. You are not required to have a PayPal account
in order to make payment with a credit or debit card. If your card is linked to
your PayPal account you will be asked to sign into PayPal. Your credit card statement
will indicate that the payment went to Horizon Printed Circuits. Arrangements can
be made with us for payment by check or purchase order but this will add considerably
to your turn time. Your card will be charged when the order is placed.
What are Horizon Printed Circuits terms for credit?
Horizon Printed Circuits does not extend credit.
What should I do if I don’t know the answers to the questions on the quote page?
You can use our online chat feature to get immediate access to someone who can answer
your questions, email your gerber or ODB++ files and bill of materials (BOM) to
info@horizonpcb.com and ask us to extract the information for you, or call us at
(631) 258-3064. We are always happy to hear from our customers and we are happy
to help when needed.
How will the information that is gathered during registration be used?
We do not share customer information with anyone outside of Horizon Printed Circuits
and its affiliates. The information you provide will help us to do our part in maintaining
a professional relationship with you. We would like to send you an occasional newsletter
to inform you of events that are relevant to anyone who uses printed circuit boards.
You may also be made aware of promotions related to printed circuits boards as they
are made available. We will not bombard you with excessive advertising.
Why does the website give me the same price on the quote even if I have previously
chosen to save the files and tools for future runs?
We haven’t developed this portion of the site to a level that it can automatically
detect and properly quote saved projects. Please notify us at
sales@horizonpcb.com
that you are planning to reorder. Use the project name that you gave during the
initial ordering process. We will charge the correct amount.
What are Horizon Printed Circuits normal business hours?
We are open for business on weekdays between 8:00AM and 6:00PM EST. Our hours are
often extended so please feel free to try to contact us earlier or later then the
normal business hours.
What is a “manufacturer’s part #”?
Horizon Printed Circuits is using this information to figure out how many different
types of parts we will be dealing with. The easiest way to do this is to count the
lines on the Bill of Materials (BOM). Each line on the BOM should represent one
manufacturer’s part number. This is different from the total number of components
because some lines on the BOM will have many designators associated with it
How do I track the progress of my project?
Log into your account and select “order detail”. Use the drop down menu to select
the stage of the project that your project is expected to be at. Your project should
appear if it is at this stage.
If my circuit board doesn’t work who is responsible?
Horizon Printed Circuits is not responsible for the operation of components or the
operation of the circuit boards. Horizon Printed Circuits is also not liable for
lost income as a result of circuit boards that don’t work for any reason. We use
accepted industry workmanship standards when we assemble circuit boards. If your
circuit boards have an obvious workmanship error that effects the operation of the
circuit, Horizon Printed Circuits will repair the board at our expense. Horizon
Printed Circuits does not typically troubleshoot circuit boards. If your circuit
board is not working and you need help resolving its problems, we may be able to
help for an additional charge.
