Horizon Printed Circuits will assemble your prototype circuit boards with the same care and quality as we use for our production assemblies to assure that your project will stay on schedule.

Our automatic assembly machines are particularly well suited to running prototype circuit boards quantities because they are easily programmed. This allows us to run most of our prototype projects on the same assembly line as our production runs. In cases where significant changes aren’t required we may be able to utilize the tools built for your prototypes for your production runs.

Horizon printed circuits can also design your prototypes for you. If you don’t have printed circuit board design capability within your organization or if you need a fixture or prototype made without diverting the attention of your design group away from their more important production tasks, consider contracting Horizon Printed Circuits for these design tasks.

We also provides a “rough build” prototype service where we will develop prototypes of small circuits in a very down-and-dirty manor. This service should be utilized when you need to use components that are too small for most engineers and technicians to work with. We require only a rough schematic for this service and we often receive just a pencil drawn representation of what the circuit should be.
